Recording with the LOM Geofon in Iceland!
We finally made it to Iceland and recording sounds with fewer tourists has been incredible. Wherever we go we are mostly alone and can capture ambience without anybody around. The Geofón by LOM provides me with another great way of record audio in an experimental way. Sounds that are hidden underground and subtle vibrations can be heard with this device (which brings theses sounds to life!)
Besides having the Usi Pro & the Usi Pro Micro for ambience, and the Priezor for electromagnetic sounds, I now have another amazing product by LOM. Our recordings are provided as wav files and can be used with Logic Pro, Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton, Pro Tools, Reaper, Audacity, Adobe or any other audio/video editing software!
The library tracks are recorded in 192kHz 32Bit which gives you all the flexibility you need.
