We’ve captured unique dog barking sounds from all over the world, including the United States, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, the country of Georgia, as well as while walking the Camino Frances in Spain and during our stay on the beautiful island of La Reunion.

Some of the dog sounds in this library were recorded up close, with terrifying barking and growling, while many other sounds were recorded in the background during the process of other soundscape recordings. For example, we were capturing quiet ambiences in a residential neighborhood when dogs suddenly started barking in the distance. This sound library features everything from puppies to enormous dogs that you might recognize from the streets of Istanbul. While they may appear frightening, they have the biggest hearts and can’t wait to hang out with you.
