3D Binaural Urban Park Ambience Library Australia
21 files • 24 bit/96 kHz • 3.2 GB • 69 minThis library documents many of the urban parks we explored while recording sounds around Sydney. Some locations were right near Central Station where commuter trains constantly arrived in the background, while others were quieter tree covered areas where wind moved gently through the treetops and birds filled the space around us.
In some recordings, you hear distant traffic, pedestrians passing by, cathedral bells ringing across the park, or ambulance sirens in the background. Other locations open onto wide hilltop parks near the harbor bridge with many people gather to watch the sunset over the city.
All recordings were made using the Neumann KU 100 binaural head, which creates a very realistic listening experience, especially on headphones. The recordings also translate beautifully on speakers and work great for sound design, documentaries, games, VR projects, or simply immersive listening.
