Exploring the Jungle with My Own Two Feet – A Journey Through Thailand’s Jungle
I recently had the opportunity to visit the jungles near Chiangmai, Thailand, and I couldn’t resist the urge to capture the sounds of my own footsteps as I explored this incredible environment. So, I grabbed my trusty DPA 4060 lavalier and my Zoom H6, and set out on my journey.
As I made my way down the dirt path, I felt the crunch of leaves and twigs beneath my feet, and I was surrounded by the ambient soundscape of the jungle – birds chirping, insects buzzing, and the rustle of branches as I pushed through the dense vegetation.
But the real magic happened as I came to a set of stone stairs. With each step I took, the jungle came to life, and I was fully immersed in the soundscape, capturing not only the sound of my footsteps, but the beauty of the jungle itself.
