I love the unique sounds of different grocery stores and supermarkets around the world! It’s amazing how each one has its own distinct ambience and vibe. When I walked into this Minneapolis grocery store, I immediately knew I had to record the sound of it. The quiet, clean atmosphere and the sounds of people chatting and shopping made for the perfect recording opportunity.

As a field recordist, I’m always on the lookout for unique and interesting sounds to add to our library colletion. From the hum of the air conditioning to the beep of the cash register, every sound was distinct and interesting.
