Farmland Duck Sounds Bali

Join us on a journey through the lush rice fields of Bali, where the sounds of ducks quacking and waddling filled the air. For centuries, ducks have been used as natural helpers in rice cultivation, controlling weeds and pests while nourishing the soil. But in today’s world, much of the rice is produced using artificial fertilizers and chemicals, making the sounds of these hardworking ducks all the more precious.

During our daily walks through the fields, we were lucky enough to come across a large group of ducks, numbering at least 200 and possibly more, moving quickly through the tall crops. Determined to record their unique sounds, we walked to several different locations and recorded the ducks from various angles, capturing the sound of their quacking, waddling, and even fast-paced running and flying.

We hope you enjoy listening as much as we loved recording it.
